This website has one form: the appointment request. When you use it, you give us your name and phone number, and — only if you choose to — your email address, the treatment you are asking about, a preferred date and time, and a short description of your concern.

We do not ask for medical history, identity documents, payment details or insurance information through this website. Please do not send those through the form. Anything clinical is discussed at the clinic, where it belongs.

If you call or message us on WhatsApp instead, we hold whatever you tell us in that conversation, in the same way any clinic holds an enquiry.

Form submissions are sent to the clinic’s own booking system and are seen by the ESD team members who handle appointments. The website itself is hosted by a web hosting provider, which, like any host, keeps standard server logs of requests made to it.

Details are kept for as long as they are useful for your care and for the clinic’s own records, and are then removed.
